ZEELAND — Rua Associates LLC announced yesterday a new joint venture with The Midland Group, a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based business advisory firm.
The partnership comes as both firms look to expand their capabilities to include more family business transition services, while expanding both firms’ geographic footprints, according to a statement.
“The Midland Group and Rua Associates both have a longstanding tradition of helping business owners navigate the process of buying or selling a business,” said Randy Rua, founder of Rua Associates, in the statement. “Our partnership with The Midland Group allows us to offer a greater number of value acceleration opportunities that will help our clients improve shareholder value faster.”
Terms of the joint venture were not disclosed.
