GRAND HAVEN — Spectrum Health plans to buy out Holland Hospital’s interest in Health Pointe, an outpatient medical campus developed in Grand Haven through a joint venture, MiBiz has learned.

The $50 million Health Pointe medical center that opens next week follows the same model that Spectrum Health has used over the years to develop other outpatient campuses across West Michigan.
