GRAND RAPIDS — Real estate workers in West Michigan returned to in-person activities on May 7 after being halted for six weeks because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Developer plans micro-hotel on Monroe Center

GRAND RAPIDS — The Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority today approved a grant for the conversion of a lower-level space on Monroe Center into a micro-hotel.

GRAND RAPIDS — Compact housing builder Urbaneer Inc. is poised to grow with a partnership with Troy-based Champion Home Builders to manufacture accessory dwelling units.
