GRAND RAPIDS – Open Systems Technologies, Inc. (OST) today announced the following addition to its staff: Doug Greenwood, Sales Support Specialist. Greenwood joined OST on January 24, 2011 with 14 years Inside Sales Support experience, most recently with CPR. He holds a bachelor's degree from Calvin College. At OST, Greenwood supports the outside sales team with quote creation, and configuration support.
