People Technology Springthrough hires Bieniewicz

GRAND RAPIDS - Springthrough, a software development, website design and IT solutions company, today announced the addition of Tom Bieniewicz as Director of Business Development.
In the new position, Bieniewicz will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with Springthrough’s current and prospective clients. He will also provide customer service and serve as a liaison between Springthrough’s clients and the Company’s staff. In addition, Bieniewicz will develop strategies to generate and expand business across the Company’s existing accounts.

Bieniewicz brings more than a decade of sales leadership experience building new markets, driving revenue growth and improving market positioning throughout the software arena. Along with his sales knowledge, Bieniewicz also has a proven track record as a top performer in developing a sales team that can achieve aggressive goals and penetrate untapped markets. Most recently, he has worked in various sales and consulting positions for companies including RCM Technologies, Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Sigmetrix.
Bieniewicz holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich.
