People Manufacturing Perrigo hires Charles Long

ALLEGAN — Perrigo, a leading pharmaceutical supplier, announced today that Charles Long has been hired as a computer systems validation engineer level 1. In this role, Long will provide guidance and assistance in computer systems validation efforts in order to be compliant with regulations and practices such as 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP and GAMP.
Long brings to Perrigo more than 10 years of relevant experience, including over six years in cGMP environments and more than seven years in computer hardware and software experience in various regulated and unregulated environments.
Long earned his Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and Associate of Applied Science in Electromechanical Engineering degrees, both from Michigan Technological University. He also received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Baker College. He currently resides in Kalamazoo.
