GRAND RAPIDS — John W. Inhulsen, an attorney at Foster Swift Collins & Smith P.C., has been appointed to the State Bar of Michigan Practice Management Resource Center Advisory Committee. The primary responsibility of the Practice Management Resource Center Advisory Committee is to provide guidance in the development, maintenance, evaluation of resources, programs and other services to help members build and strengthen their law practices.
Inhulsen has recently been included 2011 Michigan Super Lawyer's Rising Stars for general litigation. Inhulsen is in the commercial litigation group. His practice areas include: business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, insurance defense and criminal defense matters. Inhulsen also serves on the board of directors for several community organizations such as March of Dimes of West Michigan, Broadway Grand Rapids Bar Association, and MSU Alumni Club of West Michigan.
