GRAND RAPIDS – Pondera Advisors, LLC announces the addition of Doug Chaffee to its growing team of Leadership Consultants.

Doug will be focused on new business development and consulting with clients on Strategic Planning, Team Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development.

Doug’s creativity and analytical thinking prove invaluable to Pondera and its clients. His logic grounded perspective offers insights and ingenuity that help others see situations from a new perspective. Doug’s experimental nature will help Pondera launch new business ventures where he will act as a catalyst to gain momentum in implementation. Further, he will assist other Pondera associates by polishing existing projects and deepening relationships and service to our clients.

Prior to joining Pondera Advisors, LLC, Doug studied at Michigan State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science. His student career was highlighted by involvement in student organizations like Michigan State Dodgeball, Glee Club, and 3 years in the Spartan Dischords, Michigan State’s premier all-male a capella group. Doug also studied abroad in London, tended bar at Michigan State’s Kellogg Center, and interned with Judge Kolenda. Following graduation, Doug worked briefly at Gazelle Sports before being hired by Celebrity Cruises to sing on the Celebrity Summit in a professional a capella group. He also spent time substitute teaching before joining Pondera Advisors, LLC as an intern. Doug currently resides in Grand Rapids, MI where he enjoys hanging out with his family and friends, tennis, golf, swimming, and anything that keeps him outdoors and active.
