GRAND RAPIDS - Keith Williams joins Pondera Advisors, LLC.

Keith will be focused on new business development and consulting with clients on Strategic Planning, Team Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development.  Keith brings to Pondera Advisors talent, management experience, boundless enthusiasm, and an empathetic personality, a unique set of attributes that will respond readily to client needs for leadership development, cohesive team growth, and  general organizational health. He possesses a wealth of experience of group dynamics, gained serving on boards of directors of several local, regional, and international organizations. His other passions include  travel, acting, and foreign language acquisition.

A native of the British territory of Bermuda, Keith ventured to Michigan to complete undergraduate and graduate work at Michigan State University. He began his  professional career at MSU as an assistant professor of French. During the course of his career, he served in positions of increasing responsibility at Michigan State University and at the University of Massachusetts. He directed the MSU Upward Bound Program, a competitively funded federal academic program for college bound poverty youth, and went on to direct the university's Academic Orientation Programs. At the  University of Massachusetts at Amherst, he served as Associate Vice Chancellor, where he was in charge of University Advancement and University Relations.
