First National Bank of Michigan recently hired Daniel E. Bitzer as Market President of West Michigan. He will transition into management of the bank’s first Grand Rapids office, opening in spring, 2012. A resident of Otsego with over 27 years of corporate banking experience, Dan most recently managed the Commercial Real Estate portfolio for Michigan and NW Ohio for PNC Bank and its predecessor banks National City and First of America. Dan received his BS in Mathematics from Ferris State College and MA in Economics from Western Michigan University. He has served in many professional and civic organizations.
