GRAND RAPIDS, MI (December 21, 2011) – Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Erin Shupe to eServices supervisor. Shupe most recently served as a call center specialist for LMCU and has been with the credit union for four years. The new eServices department was created to help members with LMCU’s new mobile app, email communications and online applications.
“Erin brings years of customer service experience and a high level of technology savvy to the eServices team,” said Bill Clancy, director of retail strategy. “The rollout of LMCU’s mobile banking app and the coordination of eServices group has gone very smoothly under her leadership,” Clancy continued.
