Sall, a noted economic development professional, was hired in January. She will actively represent the Right Place to businesses located in West Michigan or who are interested in locating in West Michigan.

HOLLAND, MI – The Board of Directors of the Holland Board of Public Works (HBPW) has selected David G. Koster as its new general manager. Dave Koster has twenty years’ experience in utility services, and currently serves as operations director at the Holland BPW.

The announcement was made by HBPW Board President Tim Hemingway. “Dave Koster brings a great combination of experiences to this position. The Board believes Koster’s operational experience, technical breadth, and commitment to customer service will be a great asset to the utility and to the community,” Hemingway said. Acceptance and terms of agreement pertaining to compensation and date of employment are pending.
