KALAMAZOO — CSM Group is proud to announce that Eric Kella has been named the Employee of the Month for April, 2011.
Some of his nominating comments were:
“I would like to nominate Eric Kella for the Employee of the Month. Eric continues to do and outstanding job with whatever task he has given. I continue to hear great things about his efforts at Bronson from Jim and am certain he is making an impression on our friends at Bronson. I also hear from my friends at Kellogg that they miss Eric and want him back. He has truly made a lasting impression in Omaha.”
“I would like to nominate Eric Kella for the Employee of the Month. Eric came to Bronson and immediately began diving into the intricacies of healthcare construction. He has made many fans amongst the Bronson construction & facility teams. He conducts himself in a professional and fun manner with all people he associates with. He has brought a great depth of knowledge in regards to the BIM process and aided all parties involved to make the process understandable and informative. I have watched him continue to research and dive into the HFES and BFS regulatory commissioning guides along with searching for additional information to better his working knowledge in this industry. In my opinion I believe Eric has demonstrated all the qualities of employee of the month.”
