KALAMAZOO — The consulting engineering firm Byce & Associates, Inc. announces that Erik Rydman, P.E., LEED BD&C, joins the firm as Electrical Engineer.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a Math Minor and he is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Michigan University.

Erik has more than five years experience in all facets of Electrical Engineering design and LEED sustainability requirements.
