GRAND RAPIDS – Hinman announces that Jeff Williams has been hired as Marketing and Leasing Associate. In this role Williams will oversee the leasing and marketing activities of two class A office buildings within Hinman’s Grand Rapids commercial office building portfolio.
Williams brings to Hinman a diverse background that ranges from experience in construction management, real estate development, market research and analysis, and commercial real estate brokerage. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University.
Hinman, a development, property management, and leasing company that develops and manages commercial office, retail, and residential properties throughout the United States, is headquartered in the Kalamazoo-Portage area of Southwest Michigan, with local office locations in Battle Creek and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
