GRAND RAPIDS — Mark Ansara has joined Colliers International | West Michigan as an associate retail advisor.
Ansara brings more than 26 years of professional experience to Colliers, including three years in commercial real estate. In his new role, he will be responsible for advising national and local retailers in their acquisition of retail and restaurant space in Michigan. Ansara specializes in retail land development, landlord and tenant representation, retail investment sales and property disposition.
Prior to joining Colliers, he held positions in business development, management and ownership in multiple big-box retail organizations and restaurants. He brings extensive retail insight to his new position, after working with Eddie Bauer and Best Buy at the corporate level. He has also worked with American Eagle Outfitters at the district and store level.
Active professionally and in the community, Ansara serves as the co-chair on the Michigan Commercial Association of Realtors Networking Committee. He also is involved with St. Nicholas Orthodox Church.
Ansara resides in Ada with wife, Janet, and children, George and Rosie.
