GRAND RAPIDS – Sheri Willis, Property Manager of CWD Real Estate Investment, has earned the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.
The CPM® designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the Institute’s rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. CPM® Members must also abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute. “We are very proud of Sheri’s capacity to meet the increasingly complicated needs of our clients” said Sam Cummings, Managing Partner for CWD. “This designation validates her professionalism and extraordinary ability in the field of professional property management. She is a valuable member of our team and we are grateful to have her at CWD.”
Sheri has been with CWD Real Estate Investment since its inception in 2008 and was with Second Story Properties since 2005 prior to the forming of the new partnership between Sam Cummings, Scott Wierda and Dan DeVos.
