GRAND RAPIDS — The Grand Rapids Griffins announced the promotion of Chad Erwin to director of ticket operations.
Erwin joined the Griffins in 2007 as a ticket sales and services intern while attending Grand Valley State University. Upon graduating with a hospitality and tourism management degree in 2009, the Lapeer, Mich., native accepted a full-time position as group services and box office manager. In his new role, Erwin will oversee the Griffins’ ticket operations for all games.
