Barnes has a rich history in West Michigan. Formed in 1919 by the Barnes family, Barnes Construction Company, Inc. spent over six decades providing full-service general contracting, and building a better West Michigan.
Then, in 1988, Barnes Corporation launched its Construction Management Services group. In 1990, Jeffrey, Russell Barnes, and other members of Barnes Corporation formed BARNES MANAGEMENT, INC., specializing in Construction Management Services, Design/Build Services, and Client Consulting Services. Barnes has now been involved in heavy commercial construction for over 30 years, using its knowledge and experience in general contracting to provide exceptional construction management project delivery.
