the U.S. Small Business Administration ”For
Outstanding Dedication to Small Business
Issues." In June 2002 the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) awarded MiBiz® Editor and Publisher William R. Lowry with two SBA awards: Michigan Small Business Journalist of the Year and Midwest Regional Small Business Journalist of the Year.
Recipient of the 1999 Small Business Advocate Award by the Michigan Small Business Development Center.
Named "Michigan Small Business Media Advocate of the Year" by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 1993.
